The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in bear proof trash can enclosure.
For the fishermen: All fish parts and guts are to be returned back to the ocean only. Do not discard in the trash cans or in the yard anywhere. This will attract bears and other wildlife.
Please return the two green bands needed for pool use. If lost a $10 charge each will be added.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
