This VRBO is located in a great area of town, and walking distance to K-State sporting facilities. We loved the balcony. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Just note that it is on the 4th floor if you have anyone that may struggle with stairs.

Used the property for KSU game weekend, it was a perfect location for the game. Gameday was snowy/cold weather so it was great to tailgate in the warmth of the Condo while hearing the marching band play in the parking lot. The walk to the stadium was shorter than some of the parking lots at the game! Excellent location and condo!!Condo had more supplies for the guests than most other places we've stayed! That was much appreciated!
