This is the smaller of the 2 lock-off units at the SilverCreek Inn. It is a newly renovated very humble yet cute space very central in Grand County, CO. A very short drive to Grand Lake, and Winter Park. About 20-30 minutes either direction. This unit does not have the kitchen but does have a microwave and coffee maker. We provide little amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. On site we have saltwater hot tubs and a heated saltwater pool. You will love your Grand Experience.

I am a native Texan who moved to Colorado during Covid. After two years in the Denver area I took a position as a local Operations Manager and fell in love with what I do. I now run my own short term rental service company, The Grand Butler. We cater to both our Owners and guest of our properties and we take pride in all that we do.

Our unit has been renovated and is farmhouse theme with the beautiful Colorado scenery to assist. The property has a 24 hr front desk and saltwater heated pools and hot tubs! Not to mention a tattoo parlor, barber, massage and local artist on site.
