🗑️ Guests are responsible for taking trash to the bins, we do have valet trash service to roll the bins out.

Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities. We keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

You’ll also be close to some of the area’s best boating, fishing, and water activities, with easy access to marinas and boat rentals. Explore nearby restaurants, local cafés, and hidden gems that give this neighborhood its unique flavor. Whether you're strolling along the shore, hopping on a boat, or enjoying the lively local scene, you’ll love calling this peaceful yet well-connected area your home during your stay.



Getting Around:

Lyft, Uber, Cabs, private car service, and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is limited parking for 2 cars ONLY at home and the garage does not have parking, NO street parking allowed.



Other Things to Note:

All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.

This rental is equipped with noise monitoring equipment. Any fees associated with tampering with this equipment will be charged to the guest.

Do not stay here if you expect a safe, clean, or well-maintained vacation rental. This property was a complete letdown from arrival, with poor cleanliness, safety hazards, iguana infestation, and zero effective owner support, ruining our entire trip.The outdoor areas were filthy and unusable. The lawn was overrun with weeds and debris, far from the manicured yard advertised. Yard, rooftop, and pool zones swarmed with iguanas all day, leaving droppings everywhere that made surfaces slick and unhygienic—iguanas carry salmonella risks, turning relaxation into a health concern no guest should face.Indoors screamed neglect. One bedroom lacked a 2.5-foot blind section, killing privacy. The main bathroom tub grab bar dangled loose from the wall, a serious slip-and-fall hazard especially for families or elderly. Carpets and chairs bore obvious stains from prior use, while floors were unvacuumed with debris in corners and under furniture, making every room feel grimy and unready for guests. AC barely cooled for 10 hours, then failed completely for 5–7 more, spiking temps to 82F in the stuffy, unclean space.Owner communication was the final insult. Reports of these issues got excuses, endless photo requests, and empty promises—no quick fixes, no iguana trappers despite commitments. Problems persisted unresolved, proving total disregard for guest safety and comfort. Steer clear—this misrepresented disaster isn't worth the risk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. As this is a new home that has only been on the market for only a few months, we were not aware of the extent of the iguana activity until it was brought to our attention during your stay. Since then, we have taken immediate action and now have a professional iguana pest control service visiting the property twice a week to actively manage and prevent this issue moving forward. When the air conditioning issue was reported, an HVAC technician was promptly dispatched and the system was repaired during your stay, restoring cooling. We regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while the repair was completed. Any maintenance or cleanliness items reported were communicated to our team and addressed accordingly. We continue to refine our inspection and quality-control processes to ensure items such as blinds, fixtures, and cleaning standards are identified and resolved prior to guest arrival. We aim to be responsive and solution-oriented, and we’re sorry that you felt unsupported. Guest safety and comfort are important to us, and feedback like this helps us improve as we continue operating this new property. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and wish you the best in your future travels.
