About the host
Hosted by Alicia del Prado
We’re a Bay Area family who fell in love with the peaceful surroundings of this cabin. It’s our favorite spot for hiking, fishing, skiing, and simply relaxing in the woods — and we’re excited to share it with guests who want to enjoy the same natural beauty and fresh mountain air.
Why they chose this property
Our cabin is nestled among the beautiful trees of the Sierra Mountains, where the fresh mountain air feels truly restorative. At night, the sky comes alive with stars — a magical backdrop for a peaceful evening. We love the quiet, private road our cabin sits on, yet it’s still conveniently accessible from the freeway, making it easy to get here while feeling worlds away.
What makes this property unique
The cabin’s high ceilings and large windows make the space open and bright, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in while you relax inside. A favorite feature is the loft — a fun hangout spot equipped with a pool table-ping pong-air hockey in one. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and entertainment that sets our property apart from the rest.
