The house is a duplex and both units are listed. The two units have a shared wall and a locked door in between living rooms. This is the front unit of the house.
You will own an entire unit of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and essential cookware. You will have a private entrance to the unit through the front door of the house.
