Just three blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and the vibrant Showboat Casino, you’re never far from sun, sand, and non-stop fun!

The Space:
FRONT EXTERIOR:
There are five steps when entering from the back, and six steps when entering through the front gate.

LIVING ROOM:
Large open concept connected to the kitchen. Features comfortable seating, and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps). Also has a pull-out queen sofa bed for extra accommodations.

DINING AREA:
There is a table to seat 6 and the island bar seats 2.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. * Keurig as well as Regular Coffee Pot

WASHER/DRYER:
Located in the hallway

BATHROOMS:
There are 2.5 bathrooms. - 1 FULL bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom featuring glass shower doors - 1 FULL bathroom in the hallway featuring a tub - 1 HALF bathroom downstairs

Each bedroom features a smart TV for streaming (no cable).

This home shares a backyard with the neighboring home.

SECURITY:
This home is protected by exterior Ring Security.

PARKING:
The driveway fits one vehicle. There is plenty of street parking steps away from the driveway.

Guest Access:
Access codes will be sent the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
This home is 3 blocks away from Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino, Showboat Casino, and the boardwalk. Enjoy being minutes away from the city’s most popular events!

There is also a huge indoor water park 3 blocks away, an arcade, go-cart racing and a local brewery 2 blocks away. There are tons of restaurants in the area as well as inside the casinos.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!

All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:

Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo + conditioner & body wash
Toilet paper
Hand soap & dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.

Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.

HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 12 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.

SMOKING POLICY:
Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.

PET POLICY:
We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.

CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.

CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.

Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
