Easy check in and out. The house was clean and spacious. Close to everything. My family enjoyed the games and the hot tub too. Easy to find and was a nice safe neighborhood.

The location was great, with parking right in front of the house. The floors, bathrooms and beds were clean, but the mattresses were very old, worn, and dipped in the middle. All three beds were queen size, and two bedrooms could be dimmed or darkened with blinds, while the master bedroom was very bright if you tried to sleep past 5 a.m. There was an ant problem on the kitchen counter, which seemed to be a known issue. No ants appeared as long as nothing was left on the counter, but after leaving a few pizza crumbs, we returned from Dollywood at 11 p.m. to find ants swarming the counter and sink area. I ended up cleaning the kitchen for quite a while. The washer and dryer worked well. The hot tub was clean but produced very few bubbles. We lost internet on day two, which meant I couldn’t see the host’s cellphone number, so my message about the ant problem was never answered. Reception in the area was spotty, especially around Cade Cove. I was too busy with my children at Dollywood to check emails, and there was no note with the host’s cellphone number in the house. Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg have a trolley bus and free parking nearby, which was the main reason I rented the house. Restaurants and places to walk are also close by. We had a great time in Tennessee and I recommend visiting the area.

The sheets and towels were nice quality, there was plenty of paper products. The hot tub was great; it was used a lot when we were in. Only a couple of complaints: the lighting was dim in living area. We like to read and play games in the evenings and it was difficult in the low light. Also, there were 6 of us, but only 4 forks. Lots of other cutlery, plates, cups and bowls.
