Three minutes from downtown Bolton Landing, beach, restaurants, boat rental, shops. Parking for up to four cars. 15 min to downtown Lake George. Many hiking trails within minutes. Skiing: 20 minutes to Gore & West Mountain, 75 min to Lake Placid.

I have been hosting off and on for nine years. I take pride in creating a space for my guests to enjoy and be comfortable in. This is my year-round, full time home, not just a rental. However, I will not be staying at the property while guests are there.
