This unique home offers world class lake & mountain views. Enjoy 180° panoramic views of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains with beautiful sun and full moon rises. Three levels of decks, including a rooftop deck & back deck w/brand new Marque hot tub, allow you to enjoy the view from various viewpoints and a sky full of stars on clear nights. Even on rainy days, the view is amazing because of cloud formations, etc. Inside you will find a spacious floor plan with well appointed spaces, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with many essentials provided (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, etc.), exercise room, & much more. Three minutes from downtown Bolton Landing, beach, restaurants, boat rental, shops. Parking for up to four cars. 15 min to downtown Lake George. Many hiking trails within minutes. Skiing: 20 minutes to Gore & West Mountain, 75 min to Lake Placid.

NO CATS. 2 DOGS ALLOWED. Not allowed on furniture/beds, not even on a blanket. Dogs MUST BE CRATED when you are not home. Clean up after your dog.
SMOKING/VAPING: allowed outside only. Please clean up after yourself. Do not throw cigarette butts in our yard/woods. Please use an ashtray/jar.
Check-in is 4-8pm. Late check-in is NOT AVAILABLE. The host has a long drive after check-in. Early check-in MAY be available, check with host.

The house/view were amazing and the host was incredibly helpful. It was a great place for our family to stay to soak in Lake George. We would defiantly return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and more-from kitchen essentials, to even including a variety of fresh ground coffees, to extra reading glasses placed around the home! The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful yet close enough to local restaurants and shops. We especially loved the gorgeous view from the multitiered deck, with a spectacular hot tub. Our host, Amber, was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We have visited Lake George for years, and our stay here exceeded our expectations by far!
