This 2,850 square-foot Villa (plus a total of 1,700 square foot terraces) includes anything and everything you need for the perfect luxurious vacation.

Montecristo Estates is a private, secured gated community. The entire staff is fluent in English and Spanish and they treat you like royalty.

Your stay will include twice daily maid service as well as full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo (free luxury bus takes you there). This free shuttle service is provided in air-conditioned buses to and from the PB Rose, and is provided every half hour (8-15 min to town).

The 1000 acre estate is designed around the spectacular ocean views afforded by the tiered design of the landscape overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is the beach where the movie "Troy" was filmed.

We had the best experience with Ted (Thomas) and our time at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Estates Villa. Ted was extremely helpful before we left and during our trip. He responds quickly and makes sure you feel comfortable with all aspects of the trip. The villa was amazing and we enjoyed the privacy it gave our group with the benefits of using all the amenities of the resort overall. I would highly recommend renting from Ted and any of his properties. I've never had a better communicator in my rental experience than I did with Ted. It also doesn't hurt that the property is beautiful and the views are incredible. We will be back!

Great view in a perfect vacation spot!!

A beautiful home with a fantastic view. The check in was quick and easy and all the staff was very helpful. The owner, Ted, checked in on us several times before and during our stay. We will be contacting Ted when we plan our next trip to Montecristo!!

Fantastic Stay!

We LOVED our stay! Traveled with a large group for my husband’s 50th. Easy booking, Tomasiito was wonderful to work with, villa is exactly as described- SUPER clean, easy Transporation to/from PB Sunset Beach. Cannot beat our own private infinity pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, daily maid service, butler to help with bookings. YAY!

Great Cabo Destination

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Montecristo. The view was fantastic from the house. Amenities were excellent and several of the restaurants were outstanding. We played golf at several locations including Quivera. The golf at Quivera is highly recommended and a short shuttle from the house. Our host, Ted, was outstanding and may our stay seamless. Not an inexpensive destination but worth every penny.

Vacation in the clouds

Lovely week in Cabo in an amazing villa overlooking the resort and ocean. Thomas, the owner, was so helpful as we got the “lay of the land”. He responded to all my questions, helped arrange transportation in country and even sent flowers! The attention to detail was awesome. Exceptional From Beginning to End!

Our villa was extraordinary. The level of service and quality of the property was unequalled in any place we've ever stayed. The villa itself was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The resort area had so much to do. The view from our villa was breathtaking. It was a temptation to relax in the pool and never leave. Tomasito is what really made this property and trip stand apart. He was so attentive to our needs and went above from the first contact to our final goodbyes.

Excellent vacation and what a great property and facility. Ted and sam made reservations and planning easy. All the staff, excluding our butler who did not meet requests or even respond to questions, were outstanding and friendly. The food was fresh and palette pleasing and the golf At Quivira was breathtaking! Really a first class stay, Christmas tree and all. Only a 10 minute ride into town and marina. Slipping into the infinity pool every morning to watch the whales was s real treat! Thank you and we will be back!

5 Stars - Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Montecristo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was perfect for relaxing. I can't say enough about the sunsets. They were spectacular. It even rained our last full day and everything was still great. The Montecristo was very prepared and took every precaution to make us feel safe. Tomasito was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations. He also checked-in to make sure we were ok. Between the Montecristo and Tomasito, it truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing.

Ted was so very helpful, constantly checking in with us and was a great resource for wonderful things to do in Cabo (especially restaurants). Two things that were less than ideal: no clips to secure the hot tub top. Top was blown off into another yard with wind gusts. Also, lack of Wi-Fi made it very hard to communicate and watch tv. Had to visit the lobby frequently. The concierge was very helpful! Thanks so much for a beautiful trip!

Simply Fantastic

Enough about the property. It was exactly what it was supposed to be. Elegant, clean, comfortable, beautiful, views forever... blah, blah, blah. It rocked! But, it was the service provided by Ted and David, that really put this place over the top. From the moment we booked the dates, to the handshake goodbye, they oversaw every aspect of our trip. They made it a personal. They made it safe. They made it memorable. If you needed a reservation, car service, tee times, whatever... they took care of it. We were spoiled rotten and we'll never use another host in Cabo again. We can only hope that our good fortune, will also be yours. Cheers!

A Wonderful Getaway

We traveled down to Cabo recently to celebrate a milestone birthday and stayed at the Monte Cristo Villa's at the Pueblo Bonita resort. We had 2 families, consisting of 4 adults, and 3 kids under 7 for the first part of the week and then 3 adults for the 2nd half of the week. We had lots of questions about accommodations and needs for the kids ahead of time and Ted was more than accommodating with our questions/requests. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know he would find out. The Villas are beautiful and have an amazing view of the ocean. We watched the whales from the infinity pool on numerous occasions. The clubhouse is where we spent a majority of our meals given it's proximity, it's delicious food and great service. We did venture down to the main resort a few times for a pool or restaurant and it was considerably busier (it was spring break time so understandable). Everyone at the resort is so genuinely nice. We had our 1 year old daughter and countless staff at the clubhouse and elsewhere engaged with her, making us feel so welcome. Some at the clubhouse even remembered her name by the end of the week. We didn't venture out besides a round of golf at Quivira (if you golf you need to book a round!), focusing more on relaxing at the villa pool or resort. It was perfect for our needs and we would recommend a stay to anyone. Thanks to Ted and the great staff!
