The Space:
ENTRANCE
Your private entrance is located at the back of the property. Enter into this modern suite to high ceilings and open concept kitchen, dining, and living room.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Equipped with all the basics needed for cooking, including kitchen utensils, toaster, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee for those morning wake-up calls. Seating for 2 people in the dining area.

LIVING ROOM
Relax on the big comfy couch with lots of seating while enjoying your shows on your favorite apps on the smart TV. (Must have your own accounts)

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Catch some zzz’s in an ultra-cozy queen-sized bed, two bed side tables, floor mirror, closet space with hangers, and lots of room to move around. Your nightstand has plugin access for your devices. All bedding is provided.

SECOND BEDROOM

Back yard space is dedicated to you. Upstairs suite does not have access to the back yard.

There is a washer and dryer that is free for your use during your stay. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Guests have full access to their private suite.

COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, not pets allowed at this location. There will be a fine of $500.00 for any pets found to be staying at this property. The fee will cover the costs for professional cleaning of any fabric surfaces and carpets.
