We absolutely loved everything about our stay! We have stayed at several places and never had them offer so much! The host Juan was very responsive to any questions we had! We definitely recommend!

Was a little surprised to find out the hosts were on site. They didn’t disclose that on the booking or during communications. Hard to relax when you know their “ apartment” is in their garage that is attached to the home. If you don’t mind that the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We have an Owners aparment, that we use when we are in town from Florida. You had the entire Property at your dispoSal. Other than sharing parking, how did we disturb you? Did my wife entered your space? Did we somehow stop you in any way of using the space you rented? I was sick tHe entired time yOu were here. Did my wife entered your space? Why did you waited to unfairly remark at the end, when you had plenty of opportunIties to State your opinion. We have several properties and would have moved if it was Bothering you?!? Beyond impressed! An actual fully stocked kitchen like you’d have at home, heated toilet seats, and 3 adjustable beds!! Living room furniture all electronically recline, super clean, a high end appliances… espresso machine with coffee bean grinder, keurig, kitchenaide mixer, etc. Exceptional for vacation rentals in the Johnson City area and way better than a hotel. You can make any family meals here, enjoy the fenced yard, fire pit and spring blooms. Host was very quick to respond, and we loved our stay here!

Absolutely Beautiful Home with anything you might need for vacation. Family friendly or adult trip the open kitchen/dining allows for a space to spend time together. The screened porch is perfect spot to hang out. Juan was available for any questions or needs and was so nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to plan another stay.
