Magnolia Cabin

Magnolia Cabin is located at the headwaters of the trophy trout section on the beautiful Watauga River. Magnolia is a small 500 square feet private cabin equipped with modern appliances & granite counter tops. Relax on our back deck! A guest favorite…our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while watching the river go by. You might even see someone catching a fish! Featuring a sitting area and fire pit, this relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind. This section of the Watauga River is a fisherman's paradise! You can walk off the large covered back porch down to a wadable river to fish, kayak, or watch wildlife. Located on a country road, you would think you are a long way from civilization, but travel four miles down the road and you can pick up anything you need. The cabin is fully equipped with linens and all household items. All you need to bring is personal items and food. We hope you will enjoy it as much we do! We look forward to meeting you!

The perfect place for a long weekend trip in East Tennessee. Magnolia Cabin is ideal for a couple and is dog friendly. The property is very peaceful and this cabin provides privacy from the main lodging area. Comfortable bed, well set up kitchen and the sound of the Wautaga River...a lovely stay.

Pet friendly! Didn’t need to bring anything but food! They had everything. Lots of privacy and beautiful views of the river and countryside. Had a wonderful every night. Can’t wait to go again. It was a fantastic get away.

A10 out of 10 for me! I came down to fish for a couple days and the location is amazing.. right on the river. A cool / quaint one bedroom cabin. When I wasn't on a float trip I was able to walk down steps into the river and wade in to fish a variety of water from faster runs to deep pools. Tons of fish! It's a hot spot for guides when they come through. Nice comfortable back porch. Bed and pillows were comfortable... bathroom clean and shower had nice pressure. Kitchen had everything I needed and I did use it to cook. I will look to stay again next time I'm able to get down again.

Best location for a riverside getaway. First off this cabin is adorable and has everything you could ever need. Then you have that porch that is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning listening to the water and watching the birds. My husband and son learned how to fly fish while we were there and it was the perfect location for it. Also it being pet friendly and having a huge field right off the side was perfect for our pup. We will definitely be back.
