The pool heating system is scheduled to begin operating after 8:00 a.m., and concerns were raised prior to that time. The air conditioning system is fully functional and includes a thermostat allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their personal preference. In Florida, occasional ants may appear despite routine professional pest control, particularly depending on weather conditions. Preventative treatments are in place. The primary bedroom does include a closet; while it is not a walk-in, it is accurately represented in the listing. The ice machine was operational, contained ice, and remained available for continued use throughout the stay, consistent with standard residential equipment. All concerns were handled directly by the owner with consistent communication, care, and attention.
