4 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds.There is coffee and tea supplied for the start of your stay. A cold water dispenser, washer, dryer, AC, WiFi, and more. Televisions in every bedroom. Two bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub will make your stay comfortable. Close to many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Johnson ranch amenities include multiple parks, playgrounds, heated pools, hot tubs, pickleball, pitch and putt, disk golf, catch and release pond and much more. Located on San tan mountain golf course. There are beautiful sunrise view from the patio or watch the golfers tee off. Bbq on the back deck and enjoy the relaxin atmosphere. We look forward to your stay.

Take out trash and replace liner. Wednesday morning is trash day. They pickup early so put on the curb Tuesday night.
Scrape bbq if used and make sure propane is off.
Make sure doors and windows are locked and lights off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage day is early Wednesday morning so cans can be put out on the curb Tuesday night.
Pool company cleans pool on Wednesday mornings.

We like the quiet, family friendly neighborhood. So many amenities and the backyard faces the golf course. Beautiful sunrises, grilling and eating on the patio.
