Your host
Steve and Linda have owned the property for 16 years and are oyster farmers. we live on the property but at the other end of the 5 acre lot so you have your own area and gardens. We have travelled ourselves to a lot of different places in the world and love to share our world class beautiful spot on Quadra Island --just enquire if you want shellfish to enjoy during your stay !! fresh is best !! --business website is www.sawmillbay.ca
Why they chose this property
we love our quiet spot right on the gently sloping protected beach with the house looking out onto the ocean and hills beyond . There is some activity on the beach from other users but generally further along the beach and definitely never "busy" . Bring your beach/swimming shoes for safe enjoyment of the lovely beach
What makes this property unique
The location of this house makes most people say "Wow" --it is very special --- With the full renovation in 2025 this makes for a very comfortable stay with a great range of new appliances for home cooked meals if that's your wish for a true family get together, but lots of choices for dining out nearby in Heriot Bay
