----Master Bedroom: 1-Queen sized bed with two side tables, and a 6-Drawer dresser. The room is spacious with a small 40in TV with a sofa bed. There is an electric fireplace with heating, a ceiling fan, 1 small closet next to the sofa bed, and a large walk-in closet with hangers in the Master bathroom.
----Master Bathroom: Double sink, with an overhead shower and a mounted Hand-held Shower head.
-----Bedroom 2: 1-Queen sized bed with a trundle full-sized bed underneath. Built-in Desk with Bookshelves on both sides, and a large closet. Comes with Ceiling fan.
----Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin Bunk Bed, with trundle under one. Fits a total of 5 people. Large closet with sliding mirror doors. Ceiling fan.
----Bedroom 4: Full-sized Bed with 6-drawer dresser and closet. Ceiling fan and Private Full bathroom. Bedroom is secluded from the other 3 bedrooms, for more privacy. Next to the Garage Entrance.

-----There are 3 full walk-in showers. Each with supplied Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner. Towels and Hairdryer and essentials included.

We include a Kruegg Duo Essential Coffee Maker, waffle maker, Air Fryer, 4-bread toaster, Panini Press, Sandwich Grill, Hot water kettle, Rice cooker, Small flat top electric Griddle, Blender, nutribullet, crock-pot, and electric skillet
Will also fit your cooking needs with Pots and Pans; Mixing bowls, glass and plastic containers, glass bakeware, 16in pizza pan.
There are Wine glasses, whiskey glasses, beer mugs, glass pitchers, shot glasses.
Ceramic Bowls, Large plates, salad plates, metal silverware.
We have plastic cutlery, cups, and plates for small events and gatherings.
There are Snacks, K-pods, coffee creamer and coffee grounds available with your stay to enjoy!

----Fully decked-out garage with games for everyone. There is an arcade basketball 2-player shooting game, corn hole, a Volleyball, one bike, hula-hoop, tennis racket and balls, and Board Games- those include Monopoly, Sorry!, Scrabble, Chess, Uno, Jenga, Twister, and a puzzle.
There is workout equipment- it includes a Gold Gym XRS 50 Home Gym System, dumbbell sets, foam rollers, yoga mat, and a mini fridge

----XL Backyard with Basketball court, Pergola with 2 fans and outdoor string lights with outdoor dining table to make anything from large scale family evenings, or private romantic dinners. Lots of space for kids to play.
You may spot bunnies at night in the backyard; it is a fun sight to see. There is also a smart 40in TV.
•Parking
----There is plenty of parking. You can fit 4 cars in the front of the home, and another 2 in the driveway. There is a remote-controlled gate that allows access to more space in the back. In the back, there can fit another 3 cars. Plenty of space for your convenience!

•Neighborhood
---- You'll be in the Brookhaven Subdivision, a popular location for Dallas. It's known for it's golf course community, Brookhaven Country Club, which is well known for a family-friendly club. This area is also known for it's calm, intimate, and secure environment.
There is a police station 4 minutes down the road, and a fire station 5 minutes away from the home, just for your peace of mind!
The Brookhaven Golf Course is an amazing course, with 3 distinct 18-hole courses, enough variety for all levels of players.
The Country Club was renovated to now have multiple pickleball courts! It also has a swimming pool, tennis courts, dining, a fitness center, and a kids center that allows adults to safely have their personal time at the country club.

•Parks
----Many new parks have begun to sprung around the area. One of the most popular parks, JOYA Park, was built just a year ago, and it is perfect for all ages of kids. It is 8 minutes away. And right next to that is the Rose Gardens of the Farmers Branch City Hall, it is a beautiful place to walk around during the day.
The Farmers branch Recreation center has been renovated recently and has an amazing gym, with all the equipment you need. Also has a waterpark for those hot summer days. Montgomery Park has new san volleyball courts that are always booming with people ready to play!
Vitruvian Park is a wonderful blend of scenic and nature trails, that has events occuring in it's amphitheater! It's a blast with free live music and entertainment. During the winter season, the park glows up with the Vitruvian Lights, with over 1.2 Million lights on over 500 trees. The park offers bike racks, media lounge, and walking trails and a fitness center. There is a bar and grill called Vitruvian Park Tavern along the trails as well.
Addison Circle Park also has numerous events throught the all seasons, with one of the favorites being the famous Kaboom Town! Rated one of the top 5 firework shows in the Country!!
