Your Cincinnati adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. The 3 full bathrooms offer showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Enjoy the brilliant amenities like a hot tub, pool table, washing machine, desk with monitor, well equipped kitchen, and smart TV. We hope you'll enjoy your stay.

Upstairs you will find the penthouse suite, with a king bed that overlooks the city, full length mirrors, and a workspace with an additional computer monitor for your convenience. The bedroom walks out to the expansive balcony with an inspiring view of the iconic big mac bridge as well as Holy Cross Immaculata Catholic Church (a landmark that can be seen across Cincinnati). Freshen up in the bathroom, which also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The spacious living room looks out to the view of the city, with a noteworthy evening light display, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV (with cable so you can watch the Bengals, etc).

The full kitchen is newly renovated, equipped with all you need to extend your stay - oven, stove, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with a Brita pitcher for water filtration, plenty of cutlery, baking essentials, wine glasses, kids dinnerware... even chopsticks.

In the dining area, there is a spacious coffee bar, with a powerful blender, coffee maker, and all the hospitable fixins. The dining table seats 6, and the view-facing counter stools seat 2.

The balcony has seating for 7, with two outdoor sofas, a cushioned bench (with picturesque backdrop), and a hammock swing.

Down the spiral staircase, you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a tub. The other downstairs bathroom has a shower with a small bench. All bathrooms have been newly renovated and feature dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The large deck-facing bedroom also has a pool table with a table top that can be used for ping pong or flipped over for dining / studying. Benches store the paddles, balls, sticks, etc. A smaller bench also stores exercise equipment (mat, jump rope, kettle ball, and weights).

You can walk out onto the lower deck to find a 5-person hot tub and an outdoor sofa.

You can walk the path through the garden area. Downstairs from the deck has lots of wild plants and flowers. Around the side yard are unique trees, shrubbery, and bamboo. Wrapping around to the front of the property is a quaint bird bath and tasteful landscaping, along with a bbq grill.

2 driveways are available for your use, which can park a total of 3 cars. More free parking is often available on the street as well.

Small children considerations - - Onsite you can find a pack n play crib, sheet, storybook, and a high chair. There are also baby safety gates installed at the top and bottom of the interior spiral staircase. The kitchen has plenty of kid friendly dishware (spoons, forks, plates, wheat-straw cups).
