The Seaview at Kona Pacific, 5th floor, Ocean view, 1 Bed/2 Bath

Come and enjoy the Big Island from our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit. It is a very well maintained, 5th floor, spacious corner unit with a huge lanai. Our one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 829 sq. ft. with an additional 269 sq. ft. of living on the wrap around lanai where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and ocean views. We are continuously updating and adding new touches to our condo; one improvement being full remodels of the kitchen and bathrooms. Recently, we also added some new furniture, artwork, and lanai ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, an air conditioner, and an elevator close by.
The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well maintained grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, cabana, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have an assigned covered parking spot for your small-midsize car, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona. This location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to historic downtown, a quiet beach not far from our front door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the peacefulness and sound of birds singing. This place was the ideal size for my husband and me, and we would love to return again!

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

Private Oceanview Condo

Very private, quiet and well maintained property. Short 5 minute walk to the closest beach which was great for watching the boogie boarders and surfers. We toured several coffee farms up in the amazing refreshing climate of the upcountry. Within walking distance of the main restaurant and shopping area. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful sea paradise home. The lanai was so beautiful along with the rest of the condo. It was exactly like the pictures (maybe even better). Gina provided excellent communications and information. The kitchen is ideal along with the coffee bar. Gina was gracious with supplies to get us going on our stay. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo has a parking space which was big enough for the Chevy Malibu we rented. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

We are so glad we found your condo. The wall of windows is beautiful overlooking the ocean. You thought of so many extras that were handy to have like spices bags tin foil, etc. Especially handy were things for the beach, sunscreen for ocean. Umbrellas to use if we needed because it rains often on the Big Island.

What a fabulous condo with amazing lanai views of the ocean and the beautiful property of Kona Pacific. This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

Gina’s Kona Pacific condo was a lovely home base for our trip to the Big Island. It was very clean and I particularly appreciated that the sheets and towels were not heavily scented. We enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella to use on beach outings. The lanai is fantastic. The lounge chairs and ocean view do not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfasts of fresh papaya and mango on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed your property and the view from the lanai of the ocean. I was a little concerned that we wouldn’t be able to keep the temp comfortable but with the a/c on and the fans going, it was perfect! We also liked just sitting on the lanai at breakfast and supper and feeling the breezes. I used the pool 3 times. Wonderful! And we treated it like our own. Respectfully. Having the beach towels and cooler was great for snorkeling trips. We got by with the one toilet. We renewed our vows after 44 years!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Just wanted to clarify for any potential guests that there are 2 full bathrooms; the comment about the one toilet was involving a problem with one of them during this stay. That problem has been resolved.

Swimming Pool

We arrived to see signs that the swimming pool was closed and renovations were being carried out, which was slightly disappointing, as close by beaches were not really suitable to swim in or sit on. Car park space is very compact. Otherwise great location especially for the Kona Ironman event which we came for.

So sorry about the pool; it's so hard to know what will happen so far in the future and Ironman guests book months in advance. The pool renovation is finished as of Nov. 2023. I would like to say that there is a pretty nice beach (at least for sitting at) a 5 minute walk from the condo. It is very popular for viewing the sunset and many locals swim and boogie board there. I have noted in the property description and on my rental agreement that the parking space is best for a small to midsize car, but it is a dedicated spot and covered.
