-To enter the community you need to enter through the Welcome center where you obtain a pass for your stay by showing your Driver's license and registration of your vehicle( only registered guest will be allowed to obtain a pass)
-Parking only in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles

Things to note:
-Please complete the tenant registration form which will include names of all the guests, ages, pets and vehicles information. As per community rules, all guest must register at least 72 hours prior to check in (mandatory $40 fee) . Late registration ( made less than 72 hours) will have an additional ($35 fee).
-there are security cameras on the property in front above the garage door and in the back overlooking the deck .

House rules:
-No fireworks,
-No smoking inside the home
-No parties or large gatherings
-No parking on street (cars parked on the street are subjected to being ticketed and towed)
-Please do not exceed 25MPH through the neighborhood (speeding tickets are responsibility of the guests)
-All trash must be placed in securely fastened plastic bags and deposited in designated bins outside
-Garage is off limits to guests
-Quiet time is 10pm-8 am. Please minimize noise out of respect to our neighbors
-Any violations to these rules may result in asking the guest to leave with no refund and inquire a fee of minimum of $500
