Great house that had everything we needed .. well stocked kitchen.. comfy bedrooms and hangout space. We enjoyed walking to the Cargo District and quick drives downtown and to the beach.

This house was perfect for us and our 3 dogs! How refreshing to find hosts that obviously gave attention to details for all potential guests, dogs included! The home was inviting and cozy, clean, well-stocked, and located only a few minutes from downtown Wilmington. A short drive got us to several different beaches as well! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Darren and I are a couple who LOVES Wilmington and restoring/renovating historic homes. This is one of the many reasons we fell in love with this city many, many moons ago. We moved from the Durham/Raleigh area and are working hard to finish our forever home in Downtown Wilmington.

Outside of restoring homes and hospitality, we are foodies, love the beach, entertaining with friends and family, creating cocktails and taking our rescue doggie MaciGrey any and everywhere with us.

Over the last few years, Wilmington has created a wonderful craft brewery scene. Once we are done working on homes and Carolina Vacays, you will find us at one of the many breweries taking in the brew of the day!

Great Residential neighborhood located right in the middle of Downtown Wilmington "Proper" and the UNC-Wilmington area. 3 block walk to The Cargo District where there is food, shopping and fun!
