Nestled at Eugene's most treasured Spencer's Butte, this cozy post modern guesthouse is only 375 feet from Spenser's Butte Ridgeline trail access and is near the end of a quaint one lane gravel road. At over 1,000 feet and just minutes to downtown this 4 acre property backs up to Spencer's Butte 400 acre park, has views of the Cascades Mountains, and has it's own year long spring. The property is also a bird and hikers paradise and hosts a very feisty gray fox family.
This Guesthouse has a large capacity wood burning heating stove available for use for a $15 fee per night to cover wood expense. Please let us know before arrival if you plan on using the stove.
