Guests can relax in the bright open floorplan living room, which features a Copenhagen leather sectional sofa. The home stays comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning. Thoughtful touches such dimmable lighting, fully furnished kitchen, smart toilets and comfortable seating makes this place a true home away from home. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this serene retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere.

Home has exterior security cameras. Front door camera has audio and video. We do not monitor the cameras unless you give us a reason to. We respect your privacy.

Please do not disable the exterior security cameras at anytime. If they are found disabled, you will be paying for my handyman's trip fee of $225 to reconnect them. We rely on them to monitor our properties since we do not live in the area. If you have any questions, please contact us. We want you to be 100% comfortable during your stay.

We require ID's of all adults staying at the property to verify identity. Please send that to us after booking.

ID VERIFICATION: We are committed to protecting our properties and require ID verification. This is why we've partnered with Truvi (SuperHog), the leading vacation rental guest screening provider. Cost is approximately $140 (non-refundable), which may be subject to change. It will require a $2,000 refundable security deposit and provide damage waiver coverage (accidental damage insurance) through Truvi.
