This space is located along the Hudson River Gold Coast in a densely populated area featuring safe yet busy city streets. Your street features New York City views stretching for over three miles with lovely parks along the walk. You can see north past Harlem and south past the Financial District all the way to the Verrazano Bridge.

The entrance level features a clothing rack, closet, and landing zone to kick your shoes off before enjoying your home upstairs.

Property Disclosures:
We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance which records video and audio upon live motion movement. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
