About this property
Walla Walla House House - Walkable to Downtown, Next to Pioneer Park
We are full-time residents who travel during the summer, and we hope you will enjoy our Walla Walla house house for your vacation get-away!
What you will love about the neighborhood… The house is on a quiet street, with large trees and friendly neighbors. The location is a 15-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and tasting rooms, while still offering the peacefulness you may want at night. It is also one block from Pioneer Park, home to Washington’s oldest trees, and for those interested in the playground, aviary, ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, or strolling.
What you will love about the house… The house features plenty of space, with one queen bed downstairs, two full pull-out beds downstairs, one queen bed upstairs, and a twin bed upstairs, all in separate rooms; a large kitchen for those who love to cook, including a paella pan, tagine, Instant Pot, and the rest of the items of a fully stocked kitchen; a porch swing, bistro table, outdoor dining table and hammock to enjoy the cool evenings with a drink; and a record player, for those with vintage sensibilities. For those who need to work, we have a desk and a monitor. If you have children, we can hopefully arrange some comforts and conveniences. Let's be in touch.
While we aim to be clean, responsive, and welcoming, similar to any other VRBO rental, please note that this house is not an investment property; it is our home. You will find the conveniences of a lived-in home, such as complete kitchenware, and you will find the quirks, such as books on the shelves. We thank you in advance for treating our home and our neighbors how you would treat your own.
Like many visitors, we love food and wine and will provide you with a list of our favorite spots. Enjoy your stay!
House Rules
-No parties
-No smoking of anything in the house or on the property

About the host
Your host

I grew up in the Midwest, lived in Seattle for 12 years, and recently moved to Eastern Washington wine country for a slower pace of life. I live in Walla Walla with my husband and two boys. We love travel, the outdoors, and good food and wine, all of which are major staples of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We use short-term rental to lend out our place while we are on vacation, in addition to using short-term rentals for our stay while we are on vacation. I understand the effort that needs to go into both.
