Super cute, cozy apartment right across the street from the Dallas Farmers Market!! The host was very responsive with all communication and the check-in process was extremely easy! We will definitely stay here again!

check in instructions could’ve been explained better. and there went any check out instructions. which would be a first for me. i had to text for wifi which couldve been easily listed in check in but other then that everything else was okay

The host never supplied me with the credentials to enter my apartment. Also, she didn't answer messages requesting the credentials. Vrbo ended up refunding me for this stay in full, and transferring me to another location.

When I arrived I called the host and she navigated me around and buzzed me into the property. After going through a maze I finally found the apartment and there was a notice to vacate on the door. When I went to the office they said they could not tell me if she still was paying for the apartment but she is not supposed to use VRBO at that location and I should ask her for my money back. I called her to tell her about the notice and asked her if I could get my money back and she refused. I am very disappointed. This ruined my trip to Dallas. I did not stay at the property.

This was a very unfortunate ordeal for both parties. I don’t visit the property often so I did not get any notices on the door. However it was an old notice dated the week before your stay. You had already accessed the unit so notices etc written to me should not have been a bother or concern to you, I resvhed out to the office who informed me that you left upon arrival. I’ve had several vrbo rentals as this is an authorized airbnb unit from the landlord. I didn’t a deposit necessary as you had full access to the unit with no issues, lockouts etc. It was just an old late rent notice. Had you contacted me before you left I would’ve informed and assured you that everything was fine.
