About this property
Charming 1-bedroom medium term rental apartment in serene Santa Fe w/ WiFi, AC,
Cozy semi-attached suite with private entrance. Nice natural light, tasteful design details. Queen size bed in spacious and quiet bedroom, with AC to keep you cool during Santa Fe's warm summer nights. (Please note: the AC is only in the bedroom.) Quiet shaded patio for sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
Location: Residential neighborhood, 5 minutes drive to vibrant downtown, historic plaza, and the Railyard area where you can find restaurants, breweries, galleries, museums and lots of shopping. 45 minutes drive to Ski Santa Fe (depending on time of day.)
Right across the street from an expansive park with tennis courts, open green grass and trees, walking + biking trail that runs along a pretty arroyo (sometimes a river!) Walking distance to local Co-op grocery store, restaurants and a "locals" coffeeshop.
Summer in Santa Fe is tons of fun! Free outdoor concerts and movies in the park bring people out to enjoy the warm summer evenings. If you want more adventure, you can book a river rafting trip on the Rio Grande.
Santa Fe has some pretty special things to offer in the fall and winter months too. In October, the mountains burst into color as the aspens turn golden. In just 30 minutes drive, you can hike around the mountain top and immerse yourself in the radiant light for a top-notch forest bathing experience – it is truly restorative, an opportunity not to be missed.
Winter in Santa Fe is just as magical. Enjoy snow hiking and skiing, warm up with cozy dining experiences at charming restaurants. During the holiday season, the town sparkles with festive holiday lights. On Christams Eve, Canyon Road is closed off to cars and becomes an enchanting winter wonderland of “farolito” lights, caroling and lots of holiday cheer.
Within short walking distance of the property is an amazing off-leash dog park where you and your pup can wander and admire the sunset and views of the surrounding mountains! Frank Ortiz dog park is really a special place for dog lovers, and it is basically in your back yard.
Amenities: WiFi, large flat screen tv in bedroom with Amazon Firestick, fully stocked kitchen (4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee station) with dishwasher. Brand new washer and dryer. High quality linens and towels.
The adjustable table in the front room and can be moved and reconfigured to accommodate dining and/or work. The space is quiet with good lighting and a cushioned office chair.
If the calendar shows your preferred dates as booked, please check in with me anyway - it might be possible to work something out.
