Cute little condo. It is on the third floor and there is a kind of Janky elevator, but it works perfectly well. There is an odor of old smoke in the carpets, it’s very faint, but it’s present when you walk in and you basically get used to it quickly. Check-in was easy. Everything is about a seven minute drive away and nothing really within walking distance but the view on the balcony was spectacular.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback on the elevator and smoke odor. We're glad you found the check-in process smooth and enjoyed the balcony view. We'll address the elevator and odor concerns. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again for future stays.
The location was close to the grocery store and 10 minutes to the Plaza. I enjoyed my time at the Santa Fe Cooking School, Museums and rode the Sky Railway at Sunset. The condo was decorated with SW art and very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. I highly recommended staying here.

Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time in Santa Fe and found the condo to be comfortable and well-equipped. It's great that the location was convenient for your needs, and that you were able to experience the local attractions. I appreciate your recommendation and am glad we were able to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your feedback, it is truly appreciated.
Clean and well furnished with a great location. Would recommend bringing an eyemask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping as the condo has bright outdoor safety lights that prevent the bedrooms from being dark at night.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We appreciate you highlighting the clean and well-furnished nature of the condo, as well as its great location. The feedback about the outdoor safety lights is also helpful, as we will look into ways to address that for guests who prefer a darker sleeping environment. Your recommendation for an eye mask is a useful suggestion. We're glad you had an overall positive experience and hope to welcome you back in the future.
Nice condo. Only flaw was how noisy the car traffic was on the patio. However, while inside the condo the noise was not noticeable.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear that you found the condo itself to be nice, despite the noise from the car traffic on the patio. We will take this into consideration as we continue to look for ways to improve the overall experience for our guests. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to ensure your next stay is even more enjoyable.
Thank you,

Nicely decorated 2 br condo; funky lay-out. Difficulty getting the lock to work; management responded quickly but continued to have issues with keyless entry throughout trip.

Comfortable week getaway
This is a comfortable space although the carpet was dated and showed wear. property was clean and kitchen well furnished. Great view of the sunrise in the mornings. The only frustration was figuring out the direct tv connection with no assistance. A little far from downtown to just walk.
Very nice experience. Great communication. Numerous emails with information to start our stay out right. Thank you! The website of vtrips was very helpful. The condo was spacious and wonderfully decorated to honor Santa Fe. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The fullsize washer & dryer was sooooo necessary as we travel with only carry on bags (especially during these turbulent travel times). We rarely use the kitchen during our stay, but a coffee maker is a necessity. Thanks for having that. The couch & chairs were cozy and provided a nice relaxing spot to enjoy. The lock on the door was easy to use. My only caution is that since this was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order, just be aware there are a lot of steps. It was worth it for the sunrise views, but could be a problem if you have mobility issues. We are able bodied, so it became a good workout for us. I expect to come back. We had a wonderful stay.

We regret the inconvenience caused by the out of order elevator and appreciate your understanding. We will look into improving our accessibilities for guests with mobility needs. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful stay!
Very nice condo a short drive to downtown but not walkable for our group (rain and snow were a factor also). The condo was clean and well kept with the exception that some of the dishes were not clean.
Advertised as 2 bathrooms , 1 1/2 not two. No Kleenex, no hotel immenties. Would not stay there again

Beware of extra charges for pets after booking
My wife, child, and dog stayed here for a long weekend recently. The condo itself was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to the plaza. However, after booking, and paying (I made clear that we were bringing a dog in the reservation), I was asked to pay an additional $150 fee for brining our pet by the property management company. I contacted them directly, and was told ‘you should expect extra charges for pets’. It wasn’t until I mentioned ‘bait and switch’ to ultimately get the fee waived. A nice, clean, place near the plaza, just be aware of the additional fees.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.....
This unit needs a DEEP CLEANING
This is the second time we have stayed at this complex-different unit.
Area around doors to balcony by floor dirty, area on wall facing toilet dirty.
Sink drains in kitchen filthy-needed to remove and wipe clean-disgusting
Light bulb master bath needed to be turned to operate-one of three.
Light in entrance way out.
NO KLEENEX!
NO HANGERS IN CLOSET!
Main elevator a death trap-operated the same 2 years ago! Door sounds as if it is coming off or will not open. Can't believe Santa Fe Building inspection passes it with permit-thanks for the warning in elevator-does an HOA actually exist?
Still left gratuity for maid-for what you charge the fee should cover it.
Location is convenient to downtown Sante Fe. Mountain view from patio is fantastic. Would stay again.

Not a Good Value
Comfortable beds. Hole in wall at entry. Lamp In bedroom broken. The light bulb part is laying sideways. Gross to find open ice cream in freezer and jars of open food in fridge. Towels had bleach stains. Kitchen had plenty of dishes but was sparsely stocked otherwise. There is a broken chair on patio. The fireplace had a sign it didn't work. The bedding and artwork are from the 1980s. Considering the quality of the place and cost, no, we won't consider it again.
