Located in Pembroke and just 5 minutes from local conveniences, enjoy what this 4-bedroom villa has to offer. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, and 1 queen sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to rest and recharge. The property also features 2.5 bathrooms with amenities like air conditioning, high speed wifi and fresh linens. Experience the magic of Pembroke at our beautiful house.
My family and I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and incorporated all those experiences into furnishing the house. From basics like storage containers for leftover food, aluminum foil, serving utensils, dishes, cutting boards, etc., the house is equipped with all the essentials for you to enjoy your stay.
Pre arrival refrigerator stocking, and additional cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee. We also have an additional folding table and chairs, and Bluetooth speaker if you wish to host an event.
Allow us to make your trip to St. Vincent and stay at Villa del Nique a spectacular one for you and your guests.

100/10 – Absolutely Incredible Stay!I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this villa! We visited with a group of six for St. Vincent Carnival, and it was the perfect home base.The property itself is stunning—incredibly clean, exactly as pictured, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and seamless group trip.The absolute highlight, however, was our host, Shanique. She is incredibly responsive, attentive, and truly went above and beyond for us. She assisted with every single detail of our trip, from excellent party recommendations to booking a private boat trip and sorting out our taxi transfers.If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with top-tier hospitality, look no further than Villa del Nique. We had an amazing experience and can't recommend it enough!

Born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines but have since moved to the states. I bought this house so that me and my growing family abroad can always go back to our roots and enjoy our own home.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet, has all the local amenities, including a supermarket which is a major plus. Being just a few minutes from Sandals, the convenience of having a place for the whole family to enjoy, but still the option of an adults only day or night of luxury (passes booked directly with Sandals) is like having the best of both worlds for a budget friendly experience.
The neighborhood is meant for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle but still only a 20 minute drive into town.

What makes this property unique
The open floor plan creates a space where everyone can be together without being on top of each other. The modern furnishes either allow you to feel right at home or creates elevated comfort for you to enjoy. The house was renovated inside and out; from changing the color of the outdoor paint and creating a pergola, to custom designs for the kitchen, bathrooms, open concept living/dining/kitchen and all new flooring throughout.
