SPEND your time in this beautiful & serene setting Canal, Inground Pool Home. 3 separate bedrooms, 1 sofa couch and an extra bedding in lanai area. Separate Living & Dining areas. Fully furnished. WiFi Internet & Basic Cable provided.



WATERFRONT Home. Take in the beauty of the sunshine, relaxing private pool, floating dock perfect for fishing and available to tie up your boat during your stay.

Large air conditioned Lanai with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful home in an exclusive residential community. Close to everything; restaurants, stores, other beaches to visit.

Full use of bicycles, paddle board, and a tandem Kayak. Floating Dock on property for use to tie up your boat or jet skies.

Visit nearby Sponge Docks, Crystal River, Homosassa Springs, Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, Howard Beach, Clearwater, Clearwater Aquarium, St. Pete Beaches, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island about 1 hour away and Disney, SeaWorld about 2 hours away.

Boat Rentals located at the front of community.

Boat out to nearby Sandbar or to Anclote Island for a fun day on the Gulf of Mexico.

Boat trailers and/or campers are not allowed for overnight parking but there is a U-Haul Storage place conveniently located near by.

U-Haul Storage of New Port Richey, located at 6118 US-19.

PUBLIC boat ramps located at Nick's Park - Cotee Boat Ramp, 7929 Bayview St, Port Richey, FL 34668. Other local launch sites along Ancolote River Park, County Rd 595A & Seminole ST., Holiday, FL and at Windsong Rentals located just outside the community - call to confirm allowing ramp access.



Pools may not warm fast in very cold weather!



Home allows NON-aggressive breed pets ONLY upon approval and with an additional pet fee. MUST be pre-approved and added onto Rental Agreement.



MUST PICK UP DOG WASTE IN YARD OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED



International Credit Card Fees If Charged Will be deducted + a $15 Admin Fee from the amount returned of the Security Deposit.
