This pet-friendly vacation rental offers the perfect mix of vintage character and modern convenience, with a private pool and jetted spa, screened porch, and curated interiors styled by bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews. Designed for relaxation, this family-friendly home is an ideal getaway for beach lovers, bookworms, and anyone looking for a laid-back escape on the Georgia coast.

What Makes Breeze Inn Special?

A Home Designed for Gathering: Step inside and experience the welcoming charm of this eclectic cottage. The open-concept living and dining area features a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six—perfect for movie nights or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and all the essentials needed for home-cooked meals. From here, step directly out to the screened-in back porch, ideal for indoor/outdoor living.

Relaxed Coastal Living, Inside and Out: The screened porch is a guest favorite, with seating for 8 and views of the fenced-in backyard and pool. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at dusk, it’s a serene space to unwind.

Private Pool & Spa—Your Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy sunny days in the 8'6" x 17' private pool, with a maximum depth of 4'7", or relax in the 8'2" x 8'7" attached jetted spa with built-in seating. Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee (please note: heating is not available in January or February).

The second floor of the home offers three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom welcomes you with a King-size bed, an additional twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom features a beautiful vintage claw-foot tub with a shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. Just off the living area, which is where the stairs to the second floor are located, you'll discover extra sleeping arrangements with a Twin daybed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A Lovely, Classic Island Cottage ... with no salt shaker

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breeze Inn is a lovely older beach cottage, well-situated in the near middle of Tybee Island—a couple blocks from the beach, a couple blocks from the inlet, and a couple blocks from an IGA grocery store and a few more from many restaurants and beach shops. As described, there are many beds and bedrooms to accommodate an extended family or multiple families in a charming, winding layout of an older home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is up-to-date, and the house is overall well-appointed and charmingly decorated—this is not a cookie-cutter, generic short term beige rental. I wish earlier reviews had let us know that there would be just enough toilet paper, two trash bags, 1.5 wash clothes and towels per person, a grand total of four coat hangers, a couple small bars of soap (and no hand soap), and absolutely no provisions in the kitchen (I.e., no salt/pepper, no spices, oils, .etc.). There are a couple float-like things, but no beach gear (no wagon, no chairs, etc.). The pool had some technical difficulties during our stay—it was underfilled such that the heater underperformed, we continuously emptied filters that were clogged with leaves and pollen (there was no vacuum / no sign of recent service). We are a hearty people, so none of these things fractured our stay. However, I would have rather been forewarned so I could better pack and plan our visit, thus I share here. Overall, very charming, clean, and a wonderful location along the island’s sweet bike trail. Pack your beach gear and everything you need in the kitchen!

As a picker, junker, vintage hunter I could not have picked a better property! This little house was loaded with antiques and vintage treasures all around from the furniture to the decor. It was fabulous. It had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. The pool and spa were a great addition and allowed us to cool off after returning from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. And there were plenty of linens in the house. There were not beach towels, but we had brought our own. And there were no beach chairs. However, there were plenty of boogie boards in the pool house if you wanted to use those. There was outdoor seating in a screened in porch and a table and chairs for dining outdoors. I highly recommend the breeze inn!

We absolutely adored the cottage. The decor was beautiful and loved that the front yard was fenced for our dog to play ball while watching the neighbors walk by. The pool was refreshing, but don’t expect a large pool when you arrive. It was great for dips after hot day at beach. The house has comfortable beds and furniture. The master bedroom is gorgeous. No complaints on towels or bedding offered but you do need to pack beach/pool towels. I read the reviews and was alerted to no beach chairs, so you need to bring your own or rent. That was only negative. The house is in a great spot and beach is easy to get to in minutes by walking. No need to drive unless you have small kids or older guests that can’t take heat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and welcoming our dog. Would love to return again.

Great Rental Company, dated home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has unique charm and the pool was a bonus. However, the rental company is really the star for the review. On day 2, the AC broke and the toilet in the master bathroom kept running. The company was easy to work with and provided temporary AC units which made it cooler though not ideal. The furnishings are dated and have had a lot of use - the couch shows a lot of wear. The dishwasher buttons are cracking and it’s not securely installed. It is obvious that this home is strictly used for a rental and not by the home owner.

It is a very easy walk to the beach and to many places on Tybee. A great, quiet location.A visitor here needs to be aware that there are no beach/pool towels, no beach chairs, no suntan lotion. Also, in the kitchen, there are no little things like salt and pepper or packets of sugar.
