Welcome to Coconut’s Beach House — a charming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath townhome in eastern Pensacola Beach that sleeps up to six guests. Just one block from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, this two-story retreat is perfect for families or small groups looking for comfort, convenience and coastal charm. With tranquil views of swaying palms and a peaceful pond from the back deck, Coconut’s Beach House is a hidden gem for beach lovers and relaxation seekers alike.

Step inside and feel right at home in the open-concept living space, where sunshine pours in through the sliding glass doors. Curl up on the oversized sectional for a movie night or pull it out for extra sleeping space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up beach snacks, and the adjacent dining area invites easy, laid-back meals. The main floor also features a convenient half bath and in-unit washer and dryer. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms — a primary with a king bed, TV and balcony, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, TV and a balcony. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub. Bed and bath linens are included, and the unit has WiFi throughout.

The house was very clean with cute updated decor. All essentials were provided. The bed pillows were a little flat, so recommend bringing your own if you prefer fluffy or firm pillows and the washer left brown streaks on some of our clothes which I had to scrub out by hand. Easy walk to the beach & although there is no ocean view, the pond off the back deck was a nice view. The out door shower has hot water, so that was handy when more than one person needed to shower at the same time. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay, thanks to Tropical storm Arthur, but there were some board games available to pass our time. We did check out a day early due to flood & tornado threats so I would recommend purchasing the weather insurance just in case ( we did not do this unfortunately but definitely will in the future) Overall,it’s a great house for a small family & we were pleased with the unit. would consider staying again
