Charming 2-bedroom front house with WiFi and free parking
I have owned my home for over 20 years and I must say I have the best neighbors and neighborhood that anyone can ask for. My house is about 20 minutes away from LAX airport. Only about 10 minutes away from the Sofi stadium the home of the LA rams and the intuit center home of the Los Angeles Clippers. Only about 10 minutes from downtown, the Nokia theater and the Crypto Arena , home of the Los Angeles Lakers. Only about 25 minutes from Disneyland . The beaches are 25 to 45 minutes away. Located in the beautiful the hub city , Rosewood. This lovely house offers 2 bedrooms with a queen and full beds . Has a spacious dining and living room. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer , hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine and dryer . Complete kitchen with everything you would need. What makes this property unique
Home has beautiful new flooring throughout, air conditioning, shutters on the windows, granite countertops and is uniquely decorated. I also created a tranquil outdoor living space for my guest , like a dry river rock bed, water feature, and covered patio area. Guests can enjoy both a inside and the outside experience.
