The screened patio with a ceiling fan has sliding doors to both the LR and master BR and overlooks a pond with fish, turtles, and birds, and offers views of the frequent rocket launches. 2 public ocean beaches are close by as are the cruise port restaurants and the 4 lane highway to Orlando. Wide sidewalks and well lit hiking/biking paths make for safe exercise any time of the day.
