Guesthouse offers a private entry with central A/C, full size washer/dryer, 1 full bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/towels/hair dryer, first aid kit under bathroom sink, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan with adjustable light settings, night stands with charging stations, dresser for clothes in closet, and work space.
Can sleep up to 2 adults, we can accommodate 2-3 additional guests children under age of 18 with 2-3 extra air mattresses and beddings if needed. Has a small kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, sugar, creamer, full size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, salt & pepper shakers, and air purifier.
All new sheets, blanket, pillows, pillow covers. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Will accommodate more towels, toilet paper, and coffee pods 2 per day if and as needed.
Kitchen has a microwave and air fryer built inside the microwave.
If you have a baby or small child and need a pack and play crib, we can provide one for you during your stay. Please let us know ahead.

EALY CHECK IN: Please check in accordingly at 3pm, as we do need time in between to prepare for our next guest(s). Earlier check ins are NOT AVAILABLE. Thank you for understanding.
LATE CHECK OUT: Please check out at 11AM as we have our cleaning staff members show up on time and need time to prepare for the next guests arrival. ANY late check out will result in a fee of $50.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
