We could not find the correct elevator. We also had trouble getting in to the room. I had to download two apps to be able to get in. But once we were in, the views are amazing!Beds were comfortable and it is very nice to have 2 bathrooms.

Good location and view but finding a used tampon under the bed while looking for the lost ceiling fan remote was not ideal. Check in was 2 hours late due to late cleaning. No offer for any money back, just told that we could wait in the lobby. The rod and curtains to the twin bedroom was found on the floor in the closet. There was half a roll of toilet paper provided for our three night stay. There were not clear instructions on how to use the Latch app to get into the building. Would not stay here again.

I was surprised to read some of these concerns, as several were not brought to my attention during your stay despite my providing direct contact information and remaining available to assist. Regarding the delayed check-in, I communicated updates throughout the process and was under the impression that the adjusted arrival time would not significantly impact your plans based on our conversation. Had I known there were concerns regarding cleanliness, supplies, or maintenance items, I would have gladly addressed them immediately. Guests were also able to utilize the building's resident lounge located on the 11th floor while the unit was being finalized, rather than waiting inside a standard lobby area I take guest feedback seriously and any verified cleanliness issue is thoroughly investigated, and significant failures to meet our cleaning standards can result in corrective action, including termination of cleaning personnel.
