The biggest reason I booked here was because of the space and the pool. That being said, I was told the pool wasn’t open for the season which wasn’t communicated to me. The space was great, although one of the room’s ac unit was broken (being held together with tape) and ended up being extremely hot in the room. While there, the elevator stopped working (only one was working at a time). Luckily I had already brought my luggage upstairs and only had to climb up to the 10th floor once with light items.
Stay was great. Unit was clean and close to where we needed to be. Not the best area but had no issues. Had trouble getting into unit but we worked it out. Overall good stay.
This place was everything that was described in the pictures. Excellent location, excellent walking distances, and made you feel at home. The owner was very welcoming and very responsive.
We had a wonderful time in the ATL. Although we were out and about from dawn to dusk, our sleeping quarters were very comfortable and clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
My group had a great stay while attending a conference at the Hilton. The unit was clean and spacious for the three of us. The building itself is a little dated, but everything else was wonderful. Communication with our host could not have been better.

The inside of the condo was clean, but the common areas where disgusting, it smelled of urine and mold, especially the carpet outside the unit.
Really nice condo - renovated and super clean! Easy check in.
Only downside was that there was only one free parking spot. We had to park our other car at a parking garage that wasn’t cheap.
Pros: secure building, 3 bedrooms, responsive host, parking, kitchen, spacious for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, ride share easy to access, allowed early check in
Cons: highway noise-thin windows, needs several small repairs, host responsive yet at times abrupt
My family came to Atlanta for a short weekend trip to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The condo was very convenient to all the local attractions and still in a safe area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The security staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. The condo was comfortable and clean with everything we needed we make a great stay. Would definitely stay again!
Very roomy, clean, had everything we needed. The downside was the portable AC units were noisy but it helped drowned out the road noise with the cars at night. One room did not have a portable AC unit and that room became very hot. Water at first was not getting hot but with a quick text to the host they had it fixed in no time. Would stay here again. Much better than a hotel.

1. There is no camera inside Apt. 2. There is camera set by HOA on each floor in the hall way . 3. There are camera in the lobby and common area in the building. 4. There is security system at the entrance of building ( butterflyMx) which open the door only when guest has the code to open the building door. That code will be provided to guest by host.
The building Pool and Gym are unavailable to Airbnb guests.
NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. If smoking found you will be fined at least $250.
No parties allowed in the house.
Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon.
NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.
This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.
The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.
