My only recommendation would be to improve the parking area. The asphalt was really broken up by large roots and the area could use some lighting. Overall, a good experience.

Ivan's property was great! The renovations made it feel like you were in a new property and the amenities were perfect for an at home experience. The location was so convenient to the Von Braun it made an easy commute for my week of work. Ivan was extremely attentive to our questions and answered promptly. We traveled with a pet and the property allowed for easy access for walks. I will definitely stay at this property again!

The apartment was not clean and smelled so strongly of smoke it gave my daughter's and I headaches. The host told us if we left he would give us a full refund, but that ended up being a hassle and I am still not sure if I got a full refund. Not to mention, that we were 4.5 hours from home, so could not just leave and go home. Thanks goodness we found a vacancy at a hotel and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

This apartment is a hidden gem! They had everything they said in description and photos along with everything you could possibly need! Dishes, nice linens, great new furniture, an tv in the living room and everything to use to clean. Little extras like laundry detergents, books for kids, extra pillows and blankets, and a closet full of extra things you always forget made it even better. This is a great little place I would recommend to any family! Especially for the price!

Nice 2-bedroom condo, one floor of two. Host was very responsive, even in the middle of the night when I couldn't figure out how to get in. Comfortable beds, working A/C, nothing was broken. Some minor issues: the floors needed to be mopped - our feet or socks were sticky and black after walking around. All other surfaces were clean. The dishes were nice but there were not a lot of dishes available. The driveway is quite broken up and would be difficult to navigate in a low car, but luckily we had rented an SUV.
