Was in town for a bowling tournament. One house just a few blocks away , the other just down the highway . Great proximity to restaurants with easy access anywhere .. check-in was simple check-out instructions very plain n easy to do . Very comfortable bed and pillows too . I have no idea if I'll ever get back to Huntsville, but i would definitely stay here again . Host was easy to contact and replied quickly .

Check in fine. Cons: Very sparse kitchen utensils and the air filter was filthy. Have pics. Tv never worked for us. Bathroom toilet behind seat was dirty and yellow It was just ok.

This is a really bad area. As soon as we pulled into the apartments people started approaching us asking for things (in a homeless sense). As we started unloading our vehicle a man asked my husband if I was his wife and then asked if he could speak to me about something. The longer you are here (going back & forth to get things from our car and then reload our car) more and more people are coming out and surrounding your area to check you out. Upon going into the apartment, the closet door was broke, the sliding door was unlocked and the wood bar laid to the side. The unit had a weird smell. We didn't stay. We left right away. We reached out to the host immediately as well as VRBO. The host has yet to respond to VRBO and VRBO is not helping in this situation. This was a terrible situation. You get the address within a couple of days (after the cut off for a refund) and only then can you truly research to see what type of area this is. When you look up the apartments it is listed in a "high crime rate area". It even discussed homicide in this area. It appears to be a converted hotel into an apartment complex. I would steer very clear of this property. I have been using VRBO for a lot of years and never experienced this.
