Overall great property. Used it for a guys golf visit to Arbor Links which was only 1.5 miles away so it couldn’t have been more convenient. House well stocked with items needed. AC worked great given the 95 plus temps. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

This property is in a great location, and the house itself was beautiful and very spacious. However, it was not as clean as we expected. Considering the amount we spent on the rental and the cleaning fee, we were disappointed by the condition of the home.The showers had mildew and significant hard water buildup. The electrical outlets in both upstairs bathrooms did not work, which made it difficult to get ready. There were cobwebs throughout the house, and the basement had exposed electrical outlets, missing air vent covers, and furniture that was noticeably dusty. The screened-in porch where the hot tub was located also had an extremely dirty floor. Additionally, the house had a musty, stale smell, which led us to purchase air fresheners during our stay.Overall, the size and location of the home were excellent, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues negatively impacted our stay.
