King primary bedroom + en-suite; queen second bedroom; "The Nook" with lofted full bed. Large porch; ample parking; firepit with grill ready for hyper-local meat! Enjoy the property: play in the creek, hike the forest, scramble up the big hill, sight wildlife, see our livestock, climb trees, picnic, tire swing. End the day rocking on the porch and enjoying dramatic pasture views.

Strict no-smoking policy on the entire property. Violators of the no-smoking fee will incur a deep-cleaning fee of $500.

For the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, this property has a Minut sensor that monitors noise levels and environmental conditions (no audio or video recording). It is located in common areas only.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put trash in either of the two wheely trash cans by the green mailbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Don't enter the pasture or touch the fencing, it may be electrified. Don't go inside outbuildings except to get fire wood from the garage.
Don't touch equipment, materials, or debris/trash piles. This is a working farm, and it is dangerous. No outdoor flames except grill and fire pit.
Pets, especially dogs the cattle are not familiar with, can stress the livestock, so PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from the property.

I'm starting a regenerative farm on this property and I have a lot to learn. Boy is there a lot to know about cattle, grass, equipment etc.. I'm just getting started.

The town has just enough shopping and restaurants to give you somewhere to go if you care to leave the property.

What makes this property unique

Very pretty and private. There is a creek on the property that runs near the western side. There a natural springs in the pasture that the cattle often drink from. There are cool shale rock formations on the property. My kids enjoy finding fossils on the sizeable hill.
