Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place keys in designated place and make sure to lock the door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA requires a $150 fee/background check; it must be completed and HOA-approved before booking can be fully approved.

Very nice place to stay. The neighbors and owner were very helpful. Quiet community close to ballparks and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there.

Creating The Gulf Nest was a longtime dream, and my goal has been to make it feel like the kind of place I would want to stay: comfortable, safe, central, and full of thoughtful touches.

In my day-to-day life, I help people solve complex insurance problems. Hosting gives me the opportunity to provide a warm, welcoming space for those going through transitions, whether you're relocating, on temporary assignment, or simply in need of a peaceful extended reset.

I believe the little things matter: soft, cozy sheets, a stocked kitchen with appliances you don’t have to ask for, beach chairs ready to go, and the kind of calm, clean environment that helps you feel instantly at ease.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect combination of privacy and proximity. It’s central to almost everything in Sarasota, minutes to downtown, the airport, top medical centers, shops, and beaches, yet tucked inside a quiet, well-maintained gated community.
