The property offers a private-gated community surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees, with 24-hour security and plenty of outside lighting for an evening swim in one of the three large pools.

The condo comes fully furnished with all you would expect in a home. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, plenty of cookware, coffee maker, washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, beach towels, outside grill, and much more.

All amenities are located within walking distance of the condo. A grocery store, which sells beer, wine, liquor as well as great baked breads and nice selection of meats/vegetables is an easy 10-minute walk. Several nice restaurants, pizza shop, and gifts shops are also within walking distance.

For a larger selection, Playa Del Coco is only a 15-minute drive south of Hermosa, where you will find more restaurants, lively night life, casinos, and a larger grocery store as well as many gift shops. Costa Rica has so much to offer from water activities, to the best sail fishing in the world, to four wheelers, hiking in the rain forest, zip lines and volcano/natural hot springs tours. There are five National Parks within a few hours drive of the condo.
