Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please have a load of laundry started full of towels

No Shoes in the house NO Dying Hair Absolutely no food or drink (besides water) outside of the kitchen/dining area (The carpets WILL stain)

Check in is from 4-11 PM. If you plan to check in at a later time you must communicate with the host. No Trailers are allowed No Street Parking

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We really love it. It is extremely spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home is well equipped with appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. Easily accessible and a perfect location. Highly recommended if in Cedar City.
