Please know what to expect if you are going to try to stay at this property. While the listing does set your expectations low, the reality of this home is even lower. When you pull behind the house you are met with a wall of scrap metal with “doors” cut out to 3 separate spaces- you are going in the “marlin” entrance. There is a man “living” in the door furthest to the left and the far right has a building equipped as a tiny home that I assume someone rents or stays in. None Of that is noted in the listing. There are also many stray cats that live under the house and run in and out anytime you walk toward the house. When you get inside you can tell the property management has had it cleaned- the bathrooms were notable cleaned smelling of Clorox, however there is a stale stench in the air that is very difficult to ignore or overcome. The main bathroom tub need to be recaulked, and the handle is broken so you have a continuous dripping water. Also noted around the kitchen sink were varying species of bugs coming in and out of the molding. I will say the property management team did a pretty good job of listening and responding to our concerns, and we greatly appreciated their support on a Friday evening/night.
