Ventura is a place where sunshine, sea breezes and ocean fun awaits! Our beach cottage is available for monthly rent. Nestled along South Seaward Avenue in Ventura, known as part of the broader Pierpont area. Popular for its direct beach access and recreation such as Surfers Point Bike Path, surfing, swimming, various shops, and many great restaurants.
The cottage has been completely renovated and furnished with plenty of private parking, security cameras and it is just steps away from the sand!
One bedroom, but can sleep 4 as the couch folds out to a queen bed with thick cushions. Enjoy plenty of entertainment in and around our cottage. Whether couch cuddling to television, fireplace gazing or simply watching passers by in the open concept living room enjoying the laid-back coastal atmosphere. Serve up some charcuterie from our fully stocked kitchen with plenty of amenities or indulge in boardgames in the comfy dining area.
Step out back and take a dip in the lit jacuzzi while soaking and soothing the day away or simply lounge around the gas fire pit. When it comes time to rest, snuggle in the comfort of a king size bed, and drift off to sleep by the beautiful memorizing fireplace.
Pierpont is a desirable area for both residents and visitors. Our cottage has coastal charm and embodies Ventura's relaxed, surf-town lifestyle, offering a more low-key alternative to other coastal cities while still being close to attractions and amenities.
Rental is a 30 day minimum. Can rent for longer.
No Smoking allowed.
Owner pays for utilities up to $250 per month for gas, electric and water. If the bills exceeds that amount, then the Tennant will pay the overages.
Internet is included.

Bi-weekly Cleaning service fee- $125.00
Spa cleaning and service every Friday- included.
