The hosts were very attentive and reached out to make sure that we had everything we needed for an outstanding stay. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. It was fun being so close to the beach and the eating places on south Seaward Ave.

This second floor unit is located in an amazing spot close to Pierpont and steps from the beach. I liked it so much I extended my stay a week!!

This was a nice place to stay! The beach was a half block away and is absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the property was decently stocked. It is an older property that’s been renovated but there are a few things that are in need of repair. Overall a comfortable place to stay and communication from management/owner was stellar.

The property was perfect for what we wanted. Small efficiency kitchen was great to prepare small meals and lots of amenities around. The beach is just a short walk and the neighborhood was quite feiendly. The bad part was when we had to leave. We will return...

Beach Weekend Getaway

We took a trip over Labor Day Weekend to the Ventura Beach area. We were pleasantly surprised by the actual size of the property. We were anticipating something much smaller based on the owner's description(the honesty of the size upfront was much appreciated and set realistic expectations). There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were able to put away our clothing and suitcases. Our two teenagers(13/15) were comfortable on the sofa bed. My husband and I also slept very well on the mattress in the bedroom. There was a fold-up table in the living room that we used to play games in the evening. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it did have everything we would have needed if we cooked. We did use the Keurig in the morning to make coffee. The property came with a clearly assigned parking space. We could walk to the beach in a minute and to several restaurants. Main Street in Ventura was less than a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again.
