This lovely New Seabury home has Saturday check-ins only, for Saturday through Saturday stays during the peak of summer.

You will adore this well-stocked, cozy retreat in the charming, Nantucket-style community of Maushop Village that offers privacy as well as easy access to both the deeded beach and the Popponesset Marketplace.

First floor living room, with dine-in kitchen, and newly renovated 1/2 bath. Open interior, cozy coastal decor, 52" flatscreen Smart TV, dining table, desk, board games and books to enjoy. Outdoor brick patios both front and back.

Kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all cooking/baking essentials, indoor and outdoor dishes/flatware, and spices.

The home offers central A/C for those hot days and opposing sliding doors that provide a lovely ocean breeze when A/C is not in use.

The primary bedroom has a King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with a shared full bath. Ceiling fans in each. Enjoy the balconies off both bedrooms with tranquil views.

Outdoor dining, gas grill, balcony w/ seating, private beach access, beach towels, chairs, & beach tent/umbrella. The private beach is a short 2-minute walk, and it is in the perfect location for a short walk to the Popponesset Marketplace where you can enjoy a coffee shop, the Raw Bar, a pizza parlor, and another great restaurant, live music, a mini golf course, and some charming shops. It is also a short ride to Mashpee Commons with lots of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Additional amenities include washer and dryer, towels, linens, central A/C and heating, Coway and Blue Air HEPA filters, hair dryer, and curling iron.

This is a bright, clean, updated, well kept beach cottage with absolutely everything you need -from a fully stocked spice rack to every beach accessory- available to you. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. They seem to really care that you enjoy your stay. I have nothing but good things to say about them and the unit.We have stayed at Maushop Village many times and we love it there. The village is quaint, quiet and family friendly. The unit is steps to a private beach and a short walk to a small market place with a raw bar, coffee house, small general store, pizza, ice cream, candy shop, arcade, etc.. You never have to get into your car or out of shorts and a T shirt during your stay if you don't want to. Unfortunately the beach was in bad shape during our stay due to storms and erosion. There was a carved out drop off of about 3-4 feet half way from the dunes to the water, and then rocks extending from this 'ledge' 15-20 feet into the ocean. This made it difficult to get into the water, and the drop off seemed dangerous for young children and the elderly. I hope and suspect that the beach will be fixed before next season.

Perfect spot for Poppy stay

If you are headed to this part of the Cape, this is a wonderful condo - amazing location for Poppy marketplace, Inn. Beach access was a plus. Definitely need to be okay with steep stairs to access the bedrooms but it was perfect for our family of 3.

We had such a wonderful time on Brigantine staying in Shelly’s condo. It was the perfect place for us to stay to be close to family, not to mention how close it was to great food and the beach. We loved it. We loved all the little details that made the place feel like home. And it had laundry! We hope to be back again next summer!
