Rooms were clean and the bunk beds were great for the young one. Bedrooms were big enough for us as well. Seating for 6. the 4 of us were comfortable so probably a little tight for 6? All the extras that we didn’t expect were great. Full kitchen, utensils, coffee and All the stuff needed for a day at the beach plus extra bedding. Host reached out to us prior to our stay and that was helpful. There is air conditioning downstairs and fans upstairs. The weather for our stay was cooler it wasn’t needed.The location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping
