Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take garbage to the dumpsters located by the pool.
All keys must be hung back up on the key ring holder in the laundry room.
Please strip beds and leave sheets on each bed and place all used towels in the bathtub or shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is available in drive way and partially under carport as we store our boat under part of carport.
Air filter in living room and air quality monitor in master bedroom cannot be unplugged. These are used to detect smoking and vaping.
Ring doorbell camera and two ring lights with cameras are focused on the driveway and boat to protect the boat.

We have been coming to Lake Havasu for more than 20 years and have loved every one of our vacation experiences. Like you we mostly used short term rentals and decided we wanted our own place that we could build the way wee wanted it and share it with others. We are so glad we did and are very proud of our place!

Why they chose this property

We chose this community after staying in the area many times and watching our kids grow up enjoying the swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground. Our kids are grown now and are looking forward to their kids having the same experience they did!

What makes this property unique

We have considered everything we could think of on our property. The home has been completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, a brand new air conditioning system and even a brand new roof! It was important that it was our home away from home and didn't have the feel that we were stepping down when we came out here. We love this home and hope you feel the same!
